Responsibilities

• Actively prospect the market to identify and attract new suppliers and customers
• Maintain an active field presence to identify supply sources and contract the purchase of recyclable materials
• Negotiate and sign procurement contracts in compliance with legal frameworks and internal policies
• Supervise and control existing management, ensuring the prevention of any loss to the employer
• Take responsibility for meeting monthly procurement and delivery plans, both quantitatively and qualitatively
• Initiate and implement corrective and preventive actions based on regional site analyses
• Manage long-term relationships with commercial partners and monitor contract execution
• Coordinate, evaluate, and develop a team of 6 members

Requirements

• Completed higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management and sales/procurement operations, preferably in the recycling industry
• Demonstrated experience in direct team coordination
• Solid proficiency in PC operation and Microsoft Office
• Ability to set clear objectives, plan, and delegate tasks effectively
• Category B driver's license and availability for frequent travel within the region
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with organizational rigor
• High level of integrity and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically within the recyclable materials sector
