Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall communications strategy for the Consumer Goods & Services portfolio
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership on reputation and messaging
• Build and execute integrated PR programs to support product launches and retail expansions
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and influencers
• Lead proactive and reactive communications planning, including crisis management
• Oversee external agency partners to ensure best-in-class execution
• Establish measurement frameworks to report communications performance to stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive public relations and communications experience
• Significant experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, retail, or CPG brands
• Proven success leading communications for high-growth consumer brands
• Deep relationships with national consumer, business, food, and lifestyle media
• Expertise in reputation management and crisis communications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house experience at a leading consumer brand or agency supporting major CPG accounts
• Familiarity with the creator economy and influencer marketing
