About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day client manager, core team member and communications lead across a variety of clients
  • Develop media strategies and collateral materials and execute across a variety of media platforms
  • Build and cultivate trusted relationships across media platforms and earn coverage from key press
  • Manage projects and campaigns, including deadlines, budgets, and communications measurement tools
  • Create and deliver compelling and persuasive content using digital and content marketing channels
  • Utilize industry tools for data, analytics, social media, and metrics

Requirements

  • 7+ years of communications experience
  • Proven ability to translate complex issues into simple and compelling campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple clients
  • Established media relationships and networks
  • Background and interest in policy issues
  • Expertise in crafting and executing integrated public affairs campaigns
  • Ability to counsel on emerging issues and respond to urgent client requests
  • Ability to contribute to new business efforts
