Director, Protective Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the executive-security program, including risk assessments, executive transportation, and vendor management
• Manage travel-related security, risk assessment, and employee support during business travel
• Oversee security strategy and planning for Sandisk-hosted and external events
• Lead protective intelligence capabilities, including threat assessment and PII monitoring
• Develop and implement comprehensive protective services strategies, policies, and procedures
• Build and develop an effective protective-services team aligned with company values

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise security, law enforcement, or military
• At least 3 years of experience in executive protection
• Proven experience managing protective-services teams for public officials or multinational corporations
• Strong background in physical and personal risk assessment, threat intelligence, and crisis management

Preferred Qualifications

• Law enforcement and/or intelligence background
• Professional certifications such as CPP or ITPM
