About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of the Health & Life Sciences Advisory (HLSA) Property Advisory business across the North of England.
- Provide strategic property advice to healthcare clients to align estate decisions with clinical and operational objectives.
- Identify, shape, and convert new business opportunities within the NHS, independent healthcare, and the wider public sector.
- Advise on complex asset and portfolio management, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease advisory.
- Lead multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare planning, cost management, and sustainability teams.
- Manage commercial delivery, including scope, quality, risk, and profitability across various commissions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Property Advisory team through inclusive leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record in healthcare, public sector, or specialist property advisory.
- Degree qualified, with MRICS or a similar professional qualification preferred.
- Deep knowledge of property markets, healthcare estate drivers, and public sector decision-making.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience leading and motivating collaborative professional teams.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including executive teams and clinicians.
