Director, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader of the Houston Project Management practice, providing strategic direction and operational oversight
• Lead and manage the Houston-based Project Management team, including staffing and professional development
• Drive market expansion through client engagement and business development initiatives
• Establish project management delivery standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls
• Act as the senior escalation point for project performance, commercial matters, and risk management
• Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization
• Partner with regional leadership to execute growth strategies and annual business plans
• Represent the company in the Houston business community and industry organizations
• Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
• 2+ years managing large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of successful project management service delivery
• Demonstrated business development acumen and experience driving growth
• Experience in sectors such as commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, or industrial manufacturing
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
