Director, Project Management Service

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial tenant improvement projects from initial concept through final punch-list and close-out
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, including detailed schedules and budgets
• Identify and resolve potential project deviations or "red flag" issues as they arise
• Coordinate with various trades, building tenants, and external vendors to ensure successful project completion
• Establish project success pathways based on key performance indexes defined by stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships to represent the Colliers project management brand
• Assist in developing a local project management presence in the Nashville area

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
• Extensive knowledge of the design process, construction methodologies, and project management principles
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
• Experience with industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical specifications
• Proven ability to lead vendors and apply critical thinking to complex problem-solving
