Responsibilities

• Act as the central hub between creative, strategy, and operations teams to drive projects efficiently
• Define project requirements, develop budgets and timelines, and write statements of work
• Manage the full project life cycle, including Brand Creative and Social Content
• Build project plans considering internal resources, third-party capabilities, and business objectives
• Lead project meetings including kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews
• Ensure all stakeholders hit deadlines through proper briefings and information transfer
• Manage resource allocation and the freelance hiring process
• Liaise with finance, operations, and legal teams regarding project and client needs

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience building brands at a top agency or publisher for Fortune 500 clients
• Proven management experience with a focus on mentorship and team empowerment
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research and behavioral data
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking with a balanced analytical and creative approach to integrated marketing
• Deep understanding of multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing
• Self-motivated with the initiative to identify and act on opportunities swiftly
