About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute major agency projects aligned with Agency and Mayoral priorities
- Lead meetings with project teams, executive committees, and vendors to develop project plans and updates
- Supervise and guide staff involved in project implementation and monitoring
- Conceptualize research and project design frameworks and conduct data analysis
- Collaborate with Assistant Deputy Commissioners to maintain executive reporting and initiative tracking
- Support program areas in implementing standardized project management tools
- Represent the Office of Planning Management at meetings with agency staff and community partners
Requirements
- Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental, or social science, or public health
- For Assignment Level II: Doctorate with one year of supervisory/research experience, or Master's with three years of research experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in the appropriate field of specialization
