Director, Project Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for the Financial Services Technology leadership team to guide organizational operations and management.
• Lead the division’s annual business rhythm, including strategic planning, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive horizontal initiatives and the Developer Enablement program to support approximately 1500 associates.
• Act as a central point of contact between FS Tech leadership, Enterprise Tech leadership, and other key partners to ensure organizational alignment.
• Manage divisional governance processes, labor strategy, campus programs, and associate engagement.
• Create and manage scalable processes to drive executional discipline and operational excellence.
• Drive all phases of project management, including feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation, and close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 4+ years of experience in digital product management, tech consulting, or strategy.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing executive-level stakeholders across different business functions.
• 3+ years of experience working with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy development.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or budgeting.
• 3+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence.
