About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex, and mega infrastructure projects
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve project performance
- Lead and manage multiple project controls functions including risk, schedule, cost, scope, and change management
- Influence and guide senior stakeholders to improve project performance
- Act as the key day-to-day project team interface to ensure client objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are met
- Support the center of expertise in developing and implementing PMO project controls services
Requirements
- Relevant technical degree and management qualifications
- Professional experience in project control roles for construction project development or delivery
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and cost management
- Experience in risk management, change control, information management, and reporting within complex projects
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists and develop junior staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
