Director, Project Controls - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex, and mega infrastructure projects
• Monitor and apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve project performance
• Lead and manage multiple project controls functions including risk, schedule, cost, scope, and change management
• Influence and guide senior stakeholders to improve project performance
• Act as the key day-to-day project team interface to ensure client objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are met
• Support the center of expertise in developing and implementing PMO project controls services

Requirements

• Relevant technical degree and management qualifications
• Professional experience in project control roles for construction project development or delivery
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and cost management
• Experience in risk management, change control, information management, and reporting within complex projects
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists and develop junior staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
