Director, Programs

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a professional program management team and support personnel
• Oversee successful execution of all programs to ensure financial performance, staffing, and on-time delivery
• Conduct monthly Program Management Reviews (PMR) and provide status updates to senior leadership
• Manage Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and updated forecasts for all programs
• Participate in business development, including proposal writing, RFI review, and the capture process
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Government standards
• Support the development of the Internal Research and Design (IRaD) roadmap

Requirements

• 10-15 years of program management experience
• 10+ years of experience managing a team
• Experience executing DoD contracts
• Experience with streamlined Acquisitions programs
• Experience with the capture process and proposal content contribution
• Strong background in DoD systems development (manned/unmanned aircraft, maritime vessels, or communication systems)
• Proficiency in project financial and schedule planning/analysis
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
