Director, Program Management & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise program management and delivery framework for strategic and transformational initiatives across the Americas.
• Provide oversight for complex, multi-workstream programs to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and value objectives.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance standards, including status reporting, risk management, and dependency tracking.
• Manage a team of Enterprise Project and Change management professionals to ensure delivery consistency and performance.
• Partner with Finance and Portfolio Governance to monitor program-level financial performance and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives regarding delivery feasibility, trade-offs, and execution risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery tools, templates, and practices to ensure scalable and standardized execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, large-scale delivery leadership, or enterprise transformation execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Workfront.
• Expertise in governance, financial management, and risk management within a matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or MBA.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies at a governance level.
