Director, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a team of Sub-Regional Managers to ensure consistent delivery standards across the EMEA region.
• Own total P&L accountability, including revenue attainment, gross margin targets, and organizational utilization.
• Define the long-term regional roadmap for services, aligning headcount growth with services bookings and emerging graph use cases.
• Drive "Service Productization" by turning bespoke engagements into repeatable, scalable service packages.
• Partner with Sales VPs to integrate services strategy into major deals, ensuring services act as a strategic accelerator.
• Govern regional capacity planning and monitor backlog conversion velocity to ensure high precision in revenue forecasting.
• Oversee regional risk management and act as the final executive escalation point for complex commercial engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services or Management Consulting within the Enterprise Software/Data space.
• 5+ years of experience leading a multi-layered organization with direct responsibility for subordinate people managers.
• Proven success managing a $5M-$10M+ P&L in a high-growth SaaS or database environment.
• High-level fluency in the Graph Database landscape (NoSQL, RDF, Property Graphs).
• Proficiency in using PSA and CRM data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and justify headcount investment.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience working with offshore and nearshore partner models.
• Experience creating and leveraging Salesforce/Certinia professional services booking forecasts and utilization reports.
• Familiarity with Gong and Tableau reporting tools.
