Director, Professional Learning

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for pod results including product milestones, revenue targets, and customer impact
• Translate company vision into product roadmaps and delivery plans
• Develop segment-specific positioning, ICP definitions, and messaging frameworks
• Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) and Market Intelligence programs
• Coach and direct pod members as a player-coach to build a culture of accountability
• Drive commercial outcomes by connecting product decisions to revenue and growth metrics
• Champion the use of AI and automation tools to accelerate delivery
• Communicate pod decisions and outcomes clearly to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in product, design, business, technology, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in product management or cross-functional leadership
• At least 2 years of direct accountability for revenue or business results
• Must be located in the United States
• Ability to work from home during core US business hours
• Ability to travel for annual all-company meetings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, continuing education, or regulated content environments
• Experience operating in agile, squad-based, or pod-structured organizations
