About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team in the creation and implementation of technology solutions for assisted sales channels.
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps and "North Star" visions in collaboration with the CIO.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Channel organization and CIO teams to align technology with business needs.
- Oversee the strategic portfolio for the channel ecosystem, including CPMS, NCCS, and Channel Portals.
- Drive the simplification of the sales representative experience through requirements gathering and continuous improvement.
- Manage system support, including issue escalation, defect prioritization, and incident response.
- Advance testing capabilities by advocating for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) evolution and automated testing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in strategic roadmap development and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated ability in cross-functional collaboration within complex, matrixed environments.
- Extensive experience in people management, including hiring, coaching, and growing diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to frame complex business problems into technology outcomes.
- Experience in strategic or customer-focused roles, ideally within retail or high-tech industries.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a formal people leader role.
- Proven track record of driving targets and synthesizing information for executive decision-making.
- Experience with "shift-left" testing methodologies and automation strategies.
- A servant-leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and open feedback cultures.
