About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery to implementation
- Translate infrastructure technology requirements into learning objectives, assessments, and hands-on labs
- Act as a lead consultant for internal and external stakeholders including donors and employer partners
- Define and track curriculum product KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with Training Delivery and Instructor Development to ensure launch readiness
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure technology experience (data center operations, low voltage, or critical facilities)
- 3+ years of experience supporting data centers or building systems environments
- 2+ years of product ownership, curriculum development, or technical training experience
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into structured learning objectives
- Strong product design discipline including backlog management and requirement writing
- Ability to present technical complexity to executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing technical training content, simulations, or performance-based assessments
- Familiarity with workforce development or scaled training delivery environments
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA safety practices, or DCIM platforms
