Director, Product Owner - Infrastructure Technology

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery to implementation
• Translate infrastructure technology requirements into learning objectives, assessments, and hands-on labs
• Act as a lead consultant for internal and external stakeholders including donors and employer partners
• Define and track curriculum product KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Training Delivery and Instructor Development to ensure launch readiness

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure technology experience (data center operations, low voltage, or critical facilities)
• 3+ years of experience supporting data centers or building systems environments
• 2+ years of product ownership, curriculum development, or technical training experience
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into structured learning objectives
• Strong product design discipline including backlog management and requirement writing
• Ability to present technical complexity to executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing technical training content, simulations, or performance-based assessments
• Familiarity with workforce development or scaled training delivery environments
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA safety practices, or DCIM platforms
