Responsibilities
- Develop sharp positioning and messaging to differentiate Proton in the market
- Lead product launches for new features and enhancements
- Create sales enablement resources including talk tracks and collateral
- Gather customer insights through user shadowing and discovery calls
- Track competitive intelligence and market shifts
- Collaborate with Product, CX, and Sales teams to ensure alignment
- Leverage AI tools to scale customer insights and accelerate launches
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to build go-to-market strategies
- Strong copywriting skills for clear and concise product messaging
- Ability to translate complex features into customer outcomes
- Data-driven mindset to track and optimize performance
- Strong organizational and project management skills
