Director, Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging for Pelago’s solutions and new product capabilities
• Translate complex clinical and product innovation into clear, compelling value propositions
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product and Commercial leaders
• Build and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and product briefs
• Monitor the behavioral health and digital health markets to develop competitive intelligence
• Act as the connective tissue between Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure narrative consistency
• Systematize AI-forward practices to enhance research, synthesis, and content development workflows

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or go-to-market roles
• Proven experience building positioning frameworks and sales enablement materials
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical/clinical ideas into clear narratives
• Experience developing competitive intelligence and market insights
• Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Experience using AI tools to enhance research and productivity
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (4 days/week in our NYC office)
