Director - Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 2–3 Product Managers to ensure professional growth and high-quality execution.
• Partner with the Director of GenAI Products to contribute to and execute the GenAI product roadmap.
• Set and maintain high standards for product management outputs, including user stories and requirements documentation.
• Manage cross-squad dependencies and serve as the primary escalation point for resolving blockers.
• Establish consistent operating rhythms across squads, including planning, prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Define and track product KPIs to guide continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with technology, design, operations, and strategy teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of extensive product management experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or risk management software.
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership, specifically managing and developing product managers.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic AI products.
• Proven ability to lead multiple product squads and manage complex cross-team dependencies.
• Strong command of agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior partners.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Advanced degree in business, technology, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client research.
