Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and strategy for Workato's connectivity platform, including connectors and platform extensions like Data Tables, EDI, and RPA
• Own the enterprise connectivity roadmap end-to-end, managing interdependencies and balancing customer demand with long-term investment
• Lead product launches from internal enablement through customer adoption
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers
• Define and monitor KPIs around connector adoption, usage, and reliability
• Engage with enterprise customers and partners to understand integration use cases

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience focused on integration, connectors, APIs, or enterprise platforms
• Minimum 3 years in a senior product leadership role (Group PM or Director)
• Proven experience building and scaling connector or integration products at SaaS/cloud companies
• Strong familiarity with cloud integration patterns, connector architectures, and API standards (REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL)
• Deep knowledge of the SaaS/cloud ecosystem and common business applications (CRM, ERP, HR, ITSM)
• Practical experience building AI-powered product capabilities
• Experience collaborating with engineering on complex platform architecture and system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with platform extension domains such as RPA, EDI, or MFT
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
