Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead Workato’s Platform, Security, and Enterprise Readiness strategy to unlock enterprise adoption at scale
• Define and scale authentication capabilities including SAML, SCIM, 2FA, and RBAC models
• Drive secure credential management through integrations with AWS, Azure, and HashiCorp
• Build governance models for centralized control across distributed teams and multi-workspace management
• Scale platform observability including centralized logging, audit trails, and OpenTelemetry standards
• Expand developer APIs for programmatic management of workspaces and assets
• Lead strategy for private cloud deployments and cross-region disaster recovery
• Partner with compliance teams to support SOC2, ISO, PCI, HIPAA, and FedRAMP certifications
• Serve as the product leader in enterprise security reviews and architecture deep dives with CISOs

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience focused on platform, security, or infrastructure
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms
• Deep familiarity with identity and access systems (SAML, SCIM, RBAC)
• Understanding of enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and governance
• Experience with observability, logging, and audit systems in distributed platforms
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and SOC workflows
• Experience building or managing developer platforms or platform APIs
• Experience supporting global SaaS deployments across multiple regions
