Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a bold, AI-first product vision for the enterprise AI runtime
• Lead the design of frictionless personal workspaces and AI-driven onboarding flows
• Own the strategy for intent-driven search and intelligent discovery across AI templates and agent blueprints
• Deliver a next-generation builder experience that embeds AI directly into the workflow creation surface
• Design forkable workflows with lineage tracking, reusable subflows, and version-controlled modules
• Expand the marketplace to include AI blueprints, agent skills, and extensibility frameworks
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI research, and GTM teams to deliver AI-first experiences

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience in developer platforms, AI-driven systems, or enterprise SaaS
• Minimum 10 years in a senior product leadership role managing PM teams
• Proven experience driving growth through UX transformation and platform redesign
• Deep understanding of APIs, SDK ecosystems, CI/CD, and workflow-as-code
• Experience delivering AI-powered capabilities like generative interfaces or LLM integrations
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, identity models, and access control
• Track record of shipping high-impact platform capabilities
