Director Product Management Talent & Core HR

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Core HR and Talent capabilities
• Translate HR strategy into prioritized, outcome-based roadmaps that balance transformation, optimization, and maintenance
• Act as the overall value owner for Talent and Core HR platforms, accountable for outcomes, adoption, cost, and product health
• Govern demand intake and prioritization in alignment with target architecture
• Partner with Solution Architecture to ensure platform-first, principle-led decisions that minimize customization and duplication
• Provide executive-ready narratives to HR leadership and Steering Committees regarding trade-offs, risks, and value realization
• Drive continuous simplification of the HR technology landscape to reduce long-term complexity

Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience within enterprise HR technology
• Deep expertise in Workday or similar HCM products such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven experience managing complex, global HR portfolios
• Strong understanding of HR capability models and operating models
• Proven track record in portfolio simplification and platform-first design

• Experience influencing senior HR and business leadership
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment
• Ability to balance large-scale transformation with operational stability
• Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving environments
