About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Sales and Partner Ecosystem domain platforms
  • Align product strategy with company revenue growth, go-to-market, and ecosystem strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for Sales and Partner Ecosystem capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and partner-led growth through innovative product capabilities
  • Drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, sales operations, and partner teams
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, impact, and ROI
  • Build and improve products that strengthen the partner ecosystem experience, including onboarding and enablement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or platform product development
  • 5+ years leading high-performing product teams
  • Experience leading enterprise platforms supporting sales, partner ecosystems, or revenue operations
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and Clari
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, UX, and sales teams
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on product execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform companies
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel sales models
  • Experience with commerce platforms, pricing, or subscription business models
  • Consultancy experience
