Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, customer retention, and migration roadmap for Redwood's legacy workload automation portfolio
• Partner with the Product team to address migration blockers such as feature parity and migration utilities
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize defect fixes, security patches, and compliance requirements
• Work with Customer Success to design migration engagement models, including discovery workshops and technical validation
• Support Sales by developing migration business cases and competitive positioning
• Develop and mentor Product Owners responsible for backlog management and delivery execution
• Build PO capability in migration management, including customer segmentation and churn risk assessment

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping complex B2B enterprise software
• Experience in legacy product management, specifically sustaining platforms while building migration paths to modern architectures
• Proven expertise in customer retention and preventing churn during platform transitions
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, partnering with Engineering, Sales, CSM, and Support
• Analytical rigor using data such as renewal rates and usage telemetry to inform prioritization
• Domain knowledge in workload automation, ERP integration, cloud infrastructure, or mission-critical operations software

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with portfolio-level accountability
• Experience leading large-scale customer migrations (100+ accounts) and developing migration playbooks
• Deep understanding of job scheduling, batch processing, SAP workflows, or cloud orchestration
• Experience hiring and developing Product Owners in distributed or offshore models
