Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into clear execution strategies and a functional company roadmap
• Lead a small team of PMs and designers as a hands-on player-coach
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, marketing, and customer success

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in product roles, ideally in fast-growing SaaS
• 2+ years managing product managers and designers
• Proven track record of owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Early employee experience at a high-growth startup
• Familiarity with general manager structures and outcome-based accountability
• Experience in wholesale distribution or the trades
