Director, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute business strategy, pricing, packaging, and commercial plans for key product areas
• Own the roadmap and strategic vision aligned with corporate strategy and market opportunity
• Partner with leaders to optimize staffing plans across Product, Design, and Engineering
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership regarding product strategy and performance
• Maintain deep understanding of Private Market workflows and emerging customer needs
• Model and encourage company values and desired behaviors

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience
• 7+ years of management experience
• Proven success leading strategy, launch, and scaling of new product initiatives
• Deep understanding of Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking ecosystems
• Ability to synthesize market research and competitive analysis into product strategy
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
• Strong technical foundation in data architecture and machine learning applications
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
