About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and direct product vision, strategy, and OKRs for an entire product portfolio.
- Own the long-term two- to five-year product roadmap and influence investment choices.
- Lead research and product development efforts to drive innovation in retail technology.
- Develop and present detailed business cases to senior executives.
- Coach and manage a product team, fostering an inclusive environment and managing performance.
- Promote data-driven decision-making and establish product operating routines to ensure excellence.
- Identify and resolve blockers that may delay product launches or impede success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis, or program management.
- 6 years of experience working with technology and UX teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
- 5 years of direct team leadership experience, including managing operational or project financial budgets.
- 3 years of experience working in an agile software environment.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally within a large organization and guiding senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience specifically leading a digital product roadmap.
- Prior leadership experience with a top 25 omnichannel retailer.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credentials.
