We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product portfolio powering commercial growth, including enterprise systems for sales, pricing, and financial planning
• Set product strategy for B2B revenue growth and international market expansion
• Drive international expansion by defining operating models, tooling, and partner integrations
• Build and scale the Finance product portfolio in partnership with the CFO organization
• Develop a high-performing product team through hands-on coaching and performance management
• Lead communications and stakeholder management with senior leadership
• Apply AI and automation to identify high-leverage opportunities like intelligent pricing and predictive allocation
• Contribute to org-wide strategy, hiring, and culture within the Product organization

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of product management experience
• 3 to 5+ years in a senior product leadership role with direct people management
• Success building enterprise sales, pricing, or finance-adjacent product portfolios
• Track record of leading international expansion and market entry
• Strong technical fluency to partner with engineering and data science teams
• Executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level
• Experience leading through digital transformation or platform modernization
• Passion for trading cards and collectibles
