Director, Product Management - Ductless HVAC

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the multi-year product roadmap for the Ductless HVAC portfolio to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead portfolio decisions including product introduction, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, sourcing, quality, sales, marketing, and supply chain.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept development through commercialization.
• Direct new product introduction (NPI) efforts to ensure specifications and compliance are met on time.
• Integrate voice-of-customer insights into product planning and development.
• Lead and develop product management resources, providing coaching and strategic direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, product management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience working in the HVAC or a related industry.
• Proven strategic product and portfolio leadership experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing revenue and margins.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Expertise in product development and lifecycle governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced education or specialized training in product management or the HVAC field.
• Direct professional experience working specifically with ductless air products.
