About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Intelligence Group, overseeing machine learning, identity, targeting, and data science capabilities for a healthcare programmatic advertising platform.
- Own the product strategy for the real-time programmatic optimization engine, including scoring logic, bid optimization models, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Drive product ownership of internal AI platforms, scaling self-service capabilities for campaign intelligence and audience quality monitoring.
- Lead identity infrastructure modernization, including migrations to next-generation vendors and unification of identity architecture.
- Manage strategic data vendor relationships and oversee specialized audience products such as HCP targeting and NPI-based provider management.
- Mentor and grow a multi-stream team of product managers across optimization, identity, targeting, and forecasting streams.
- Partner with sales and GTM teams to translate complex ML capabilities into commercially sellable frameworks and client-ready narratives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically scaling high-complexity platform, data infrastructure, or ML/AI products.
- Strong background in ad tech optimization algorithms, including real-time bidding logic, CTR/CVR prediction, and pacing algorithms.
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including scoring logic, model evaluation, and predictive modeling lifecycles.
- Experience with programmatic advertising data flows, audience targeting mechanics, and identity resolution within DSP, SSP, or data platform environments.
- 2+ years of direct people management experience leading Product Managers in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage external data integrations and third-party data partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in AdTech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical data environments (e.g., HCP targeting, clinical claims).
- Experience with programmatic identity infrastructure such as LiveRamp, UID2.0, or ID5.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy-safe data environments, including HIPAA and data clean-room technology.
