Director Product Management - Analytics

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare analytics products and capabilities.
• Translate healthcare business needs into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and release plans.
• Partner with clinicians, operations leaders, payers, data teams, engineering, UX, and compliance teams to identify high-value analytics opportunities.
• Drive development of dashboards, reporting tools, self-service analytics, and AI/ML-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Ensure products align with healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA and PHI.
• Prioritize roadmap items based on customer value, regulatory needs, clinical impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, launch readiness, and customer adoption.
• Mentor product managers, analysts, or cross-functional contributors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of product management experience, specifically with analytics, BI, or enterprise software.
• 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare, payer, provider, or life sciences domain.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical/operational analytics, and decision-support use cases.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, user stories, and business cases.
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance (HIPAA, PHI).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, MPH, or advanced degree in a healthcare or technology discipline.
• Experience with EHR/EMR platforms, claims analytics, or value-based care programs.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
• Experience with BI tools like Oracle Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or cloud analytics platforms.
• Prior people management or product leadership experience.
