Responsibilities

• Own a P&L-relevant product area (logistics automation, pricing, or embedded finance) from discovery to shipped outcomes
• Own concrete targets including automation and retention metrics
• Conduct weekly in-person discovery with traders, logistics operators, and buyers
• Drive prioritization and delivery with engineering squads
• Lead post-launch iteration driven by usage data and margin impact

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management
• 2+ years at a B2B scale-up owning a product area through significant growth
• Experience in operations-heavy domains like logistics, marketplaces, supply chain, or fintech
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define metrics and pull own numbers
• Proven track record of fast MVP cycles
• Fluent in English

• Experience shipping AI-powered features to production
• German language skills
