Director, Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end design vision and UX strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead the shift toward AI-first experiences, including intelligent, adaptive, and conversational interfaces
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Designers
• Establish and scale design principles, standards, and best practices across all products
• Own the evolution of design systems, accessibility, and usability standards
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and AI/ML teams to translate platform capabilities into scalable solutions
• Establish and optimize design processes, workflows, and tools to drive operational excellence

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
• Proven experience leading large design teams within product or engineering-driven organizations
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences
• Deep expertise in design systems, enterprise applications, and scalable platforms
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
