KREWE is an independent, high-fashion eyewear brand rooted in the vibrant culture and boundless creativity of New Orleans. Since 2013, KREWE has grown into a dynamic brand celebrated for its distinctive, handcrafted sun and optical frames.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of seasonal eyewear collections from concept through production readiness
• Partner with the Founder to translate creative direction into technical, production-ready designs
• Manage the full product lifecycle including CADs, tech packs, sampling, and factory communication
• Establish repeatable design processes, tools, and documentation to scale product quality
• Collaborate with Planning and Merchandising to align product assortments with business needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of total design experience
• 2+ years of management responsibility
• Strong technical expertise in eyewear construction, materials, and fit

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working directly with overseas manufacturers
• Proven ability to lead product through multiple production cycles
