About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop three in-market functions: Product Solutions, Customer Success, and Customer Support.
- Formulate and own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Roku Ads Manager to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate client and market feedback into the product roadmap.
- Oversee pre-sale and post-sale motions to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
- Define and track success metrics for product offerings, team performance, and client satisfaction.
- Act as a senior thought leader, educating advertisers and agencies on leveraging Roku’s CTV ad solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in digital media, ad tech, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing, multi-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in the CTV and digital advertising ecosystem, including self-serve platforms and programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record of building and scaling GTM strategies for ad tech products.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence product, sales, and engineering stakeholders.
- Experience translating market needs into actionable product roadmap inputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working specifically with growth marketer and performance agency personas.
- Direct experience with self-serve advertising platforms.
- Deep knowledge of CTV-specific advertising products and performance marketing metrics.
