About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of Digital & Information Technology from a project-delivery model to a product operating model.
  • Build and scale the Product Management Office (PMO) and serve as the Product Management Center of Excellence (PM COE) Owner.
  • Establish standardized product management methodologies, including processes, tools, governance, and playbooks.
  • Define and uphold product-level metrics (OKRs/KPIs), benefits realization, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
  • Own the strategy, vision, and portfolio management for Employee Experience products, including the Cobalt intranet and Little Joe chatbot.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, communications, and IT to ensure solutions meet evolving employee needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to grow internal capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of digital product portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming product management offices or establishing centers of excellence.
  • Proven track record of enabling the shift from project delivery to a product operating model.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • Expertise in employee experience solutions, intranets, chatbots, and enterprise software platforms.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
