Director, Procurement - Data & Digital Enablement

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise procurement digital strategy and multi-year modernization roadmap
• Own the procurement technology ecosystem, including Source-to-Pay platforms and supplier management tools
• Lead the identification and deployment of automation opportunities using RPA and AI-enabled solutions
• Establish advanced analytics capabilities, digital dashboards, and predictive insights to support data-driven decisions
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization
• Manage a team of approximately 10-12 professionals across various category and platform expertise areas
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to implement integrated digital solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in procurement, digital transformation, or procurement technology
• Proven experience implementing and operating platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or Ivalua
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies including RPA, AI, and workflow tools
• Strong data analytics, dashboarding, and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) skills
• Experience managing large-scale projects and leading direct teams in a global, matrixed environment
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant business or supply chain field
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, or PMP
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and shape enterprise-wide strategy
• Strong experience in coaching, mentoring, and talent development
