Director, Print Operations

Responsibilities

• Create and own Fanatics TCG’s manufacturing strategy, identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors
• Oversee manufacturing scheduling and capacity planning for multiple games
• Establish strategic partnerships and SLAs with downstream vendors, balancing quality, cost, and time
• Build a resilient, diversified vendor base to protect against supply chain disruption
• Define and own the operational workflow from print-ready files through finished goods delivery
• Partner with business and commercial teams on inventory planning, print run sizing, and cost modeling
• Define and uphold quality standards for print production and build QA processes
• Build and lead a Print Operations team to support all franchises as the studio scales

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in print production, manufacturing, or supply chain operations for trading card games
• Experience leading and developing teams in a player-coach capacity
• Demonstrated success in building manufacturing pipelines at scale
• Proven track record of establishing and managing global manufacturing partnerships
• Hands-on expertise in prepress, printing processes, and demand planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with collectible products
• Drive to innovate printing technologies, tools, and processes
