Director, Principal Relationship Manager, Commercial

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth through business development and management of key client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment
• Lead the structuring of high-value, complex deals and credit approvals to ensure alignment with client needs
• Manage high-value client portfolios, driving cross-selling, retention, and profitability
• Act as a strategic advisor on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements
• Drive negotiations for complex transactions and serve as a primary client advocate
• Implement market coverage strategies to expand portfolios and identify new opportunities
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies
• Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to stay ahead of market trends

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Expertise in deal structuring and complex credit risk assessment
• Proven track record in sales performance and managing high-value client portfolios
• Strong proficiency in negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship building
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and credit knowledge
