About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate growth through business development and management of high-value client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment
- Lead the structuring of complex deals, credit approvals, and negotiations to ensure alignment with client needs and bank objectives
- Manage high-value client portfolios by driving cross-selling, retention, and profitability
- Act as a strategic advisor on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements
- Develop and execute market coverage strategies to expand portfolios and identify new opportunities
- Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to stay informed on market trends and competition
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic business solutions
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Strong credit knowledge and skills, including credit risk assessment and deal structuring
- Proficiency in Project Management and Change Management
- Proven track record in sales performance and managing complex client portfolios
- Expert-level proficiency in stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer relationship building
