Director, Principal Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value client relationships within the Commercial Emerging Middle Market segment ($10MM-$50MM revenue)
• Lead the structuring of complex deals, credit approvals, and high-value negotiations
• Drive revenue growth through business development, cross-selling initiatives, and portfolio management
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on loan products, rates, terms, and collateral requirements
• Oversee credit risk assessment and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to identify market trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver holistic business solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within corporate banking
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven expertise in deal structuring, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal banking controls
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales metrics and driving significant revenue generation
• Advanced proficiency in project management and change management
