About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide pricing strategy across GPU infrastructure, Cloud products, Token Factory and all future offerings
• Define and maintain list pricing, pricing tiers, commitment pricing structures, and regional pricing approaches
• Translate unit economics and margin objectives into commercial pricing decisions
• Partner with Unit Economics team to define pricing floors and establish target margin ranges
• Own Nebius discount framework and approval logic, including discount matrixes and pricing guardrails
• Monitor realized pricing, discount trends, margin realization, and pricing compliance
• Identify pricing leakage and monetization opportunities

Requirements

• 7–12 years in Pricing, Monetization, Revenue Strategy, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Strategy
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure, SaaS, Telecom, or Marketplace businesses
