About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational execution, financial stewardship, and strategic expansion of ambulatory cancer services within a complex matrix environment.
  • Drive clinical outcomes and patient safety by defining, tracking, and analyzing clinical outcome measures and resource utilization.
  • Enhance patient experience by designing integrated, compassionate care processes and analyzing patient satisfaction feedback.
  • Manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring fiscal viability and revenue cycle integrity.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations across clinical sites, including insurance verification and specialty clinic coordination.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission standards, Commission on Cancer (CoC) requirements, and state/federal legislation.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through talent development, provider engagement, and strategic workforce planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare.
  • 5-10 years of progressive management experience.
