Director, Portfolio Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive New Indication strategy and planning in several Oncology indications
• Develop and refine frameworks for portfolio strategy and investment decisions
• Deliver strategic market and competitive intelligence insights through research and scenario planning
• Deliver Disease Area strategy for new solid tumor indications in partnership with R&D and Commercial teams
• Partner with Business Development to provide strategic direction on opportunities
• Conduct deep analysis of competitors, products, and market trends
• Develop and execute comprehensive market research plans, including vendor management
• Develop NPV, forecasting, and revenue modeling for new indications
• Lead Target Product Profile (TPP) development and alignment with cross-functional teams
• Integrate market research into brand plans, market access, and situation analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biotech or related field; MS or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
• Expertise in oncology market research (qualitative and quantitative) with emphasis on NSCLC and Solid Tumors
• Strong understanding of the Solid Tumor Oncology landscape and portfolio strategy
• Proven ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate findings into actionable insights
• Experience executing end-to-end market research and managing vendors
• Proficiency with advanced spreadsheets, patient-based forecast modeling, and NPV modeling
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 25%
