Director, Player Development & Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Integrate advanced performance data, scouting reports, and video analysis to enhance individual player growth and team strategy.
• Analyze player performance and evaluate opponents to assist in the design of training programs.
• Implement best practices in player development, analytics, and scouting in alignment with NCAA and Big Ten Conference policies.
• Present data findings clearly to coaches and players to support decision-making.
• Manage large volumes of data, video, and scouting materials with high organizational standards.
• Assist coaching staff with administrative duties to enhance the student-athlete experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in basketball data analytics, scouting, or video analysis at the collegiate, professional, or elite amateur level.
• Thorough knowledge of NCAA Division I basketball rules, strategies, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in sports performance analysis software, video editing systems, and statistical databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and training.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with the basketball competition schedule.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basketball-specific technologies.
