Director, Platform Product Management

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the RGI platform and its first-party integration ecosystem
• Take products from 0 to 1 by identifying underserved opportunities and validating them with customers
• Drive the AI Product Lifecycle end to end, focusing on AI and agentic workflows
• Define product KPIs and manage product areas through metric- and ROI-driven methods
• Partner with Engineering to ensure clear requirements, user stories, and agile adherence
• Evangelize the product vision to stakeholders and executives
• Conduct market research and customer validation to demonstrate ROI

Requirements

• 14+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products
• Experience building platform products with first-party integration ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of the GTM space and revenue team workflows
• Hands-on experience building AI-native and agentic workflow products
• Proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1
• Familiarity with B2B GTM intelligence stacks (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, Apollo)
• Experience in early-stage, venture-backed tech companies
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating data with CRM, MAP, or ERP systems
