About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to service supply chain planning managers and senior individual contributors.
- Oversee global continuous improvement programs focused on process, data, and people growth.
- Lead global service parts planning strategy and execution across the entire product lifecycle.
- Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to modernize service supply chain planning capabilities through automation and digital transformation.
- Champion the adoption of advanced planning technologies and analytics, including platforms like Servigistics.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and investment strategies to support supply chain transformation.
- Drive operational excellence by balancing customer service, inventory levels, and cost objectives.
- Lead and develop a global team, driving succession planning and talent development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, service operations, or related functions.
- Proven experience in service parts planning and service supply chain management.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale planning transformations and technology implementations.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams within complex, global organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with AI and digital technologies applied to forecasting and inventory optimization.
