Director Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Lead an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Cypress, Texas
• Mentor clinicians and drive clinic growth
• Influence the patient experience and strengthen community relationships
• Manage clinic operations and team leadership

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, or sports rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Benefits

• Salary range of $85,000–$92,000 including a $5,000 sign-on bonus
